At All Realty Property Management we specialize in management of residential homes as well as the acquisition, or sale of
residential properties for both investors and home owners.  We pride ourselves in providing our clients with a full service
real estate management company, whether they own one property or have a  full investment  portfolio. We strive to
constantly improve upon our own excellent service to insure we are providing the highest quality of service. Proper
management begins with tenant selection but  depends greatly on actual physical and regular inspection of the property.
To remain viable, investment properties require the same amount of tlc as any other home. We have developed a large
network of service providers in all specialties such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and  remodeling. We check references and
insurance for any vendor who will provide a service to our clients properties while negotiating  affordable prices due to our
vast inventory.

MEET THE OWNER: Prior to entering into Real Estate, I enjoyed a career in the construction    
industry. Straight out of high school I worked for a remodeling company located in Tomball, Texas while
attending a local college. There I gathered skills that help me to understand the procedures in various
remodeling projects and determine reasonable charges for these services. In 2001, I obtained my real
estate license joined Re/Max and began to specialize in listing  residential homes. Where I found my
greatest strengths are marketing and negotiating. Later I began to focus on management of  
investment properties. My construction background led me to specialize in assisting investors who
purchase and renovate properties to assure they become income producing assets.  After becoming a
Broker I established, All Realty Property Management which is my greatest accomplishment.  I
constantly strive to stay informed and continue to seek knowledge so that I may continue to grow in this
ever changing business while providing the highest level of service. I also offer my property tax
consulting services to clients who want to attempt to obtain a reduction in their residential property
taxes. I believe real estate is the best investment a person can make and I do all I can to assure my
clients buy low, save money on taxes while they own the property, and sell for the highest possible
price.
